把高層次的概念轉化為可執行的計畫、時程與里程碑，讓每個階段都有明確的目標與驗收標準。
Translate high-level concepts into structured plans, timelines, and milestones — with clear goals and acceptance criteria at every stage.
跨職能團隊協調
Cross-functional alignment
協調 AI 工程師與系統開發團隊，讓進度對齊、資訊透明，非技術成員也能掌握專案狀態。
Coordinate AI engineers and system developers to keep progress aligned and visible — even to non-technical stakeholders.
技術決策支援
Technical decision-making
參與模型與系統方向的判斷，建立可觀測的訓練與成效指標，讓「做得好不好」有客觀依據。
Facilitate model and system direction, and build observable training metrics so "is it working" has an objective answer.
風險預判與交付把關
Risk and delivery
提前辨識風險、即時調整執行方式，守住交付時程，並負責交付後的維運銜接。
Identify risks early, adjust strategy in time to protect the delivery timeline, and own the handover to operations.
